someone mentioned that they

I think not.

for many years I have been a devout sinner of the X.th diner commandment (and proud of it) but theres somthing deeper lurking herein. a diner or other "you can pay for coffee and sit forever" establishment is better than any other hangout for a few reasons.

0. such a place supports:
metabolism and thru speach and interaction the essence of the manifestation and the foundation of the being and its replication, the subjective and inner manifestation of the individual, the essence of it's God, its own revelation and helps premote a worthwhile existence. in essence it is life.

1. it has the same rules of decency as a generic home thus creating a sociataly reinforced buffer within it's walls.

2. it is not a home thus releving you of the duties that come with a gathering.

3. seating is plentyful and in many places large tables of people can gather without distractions like other rooms for them to wander off too.

4. it reintroduces the conditions of a tribal gathering without the discomfort wherein those present can choose their roles and feel free to commune with one another.

6. diner ettiquite does not include the need to ingnore those who come and go around you the relaxed atmosphere enables others to join leave or breifly influence as they will.

7. as long as their addiction is legal all addicts are ushally catered to.

8. still not everyone around you is drunk or feels the need to be under any influence.

9. the probablility is that the peoples around you will be more deverse than many other places you could be.

10. music is somtimes supplied but ushally varies greatly no one genre is expected the same goes for religon, ethics, wardrobe, exc.

11. all these establishments are intrinsicly linked thru strange forces too some it even seems as if the ideas inspirations and conversations that go on within them are allways present no matter the time or place

12. it caters to every monitary class.

13. once you have reached the inner sanctum of "regular"hood there is always someone to talk to 24-7

14. you are assigned a server opon intital seating who ushally asks nothing more than a fair tip.

15. once you have had your fill your exsodus is as simple as "check please"

16. for moments without company reading is accepted and can lead to conversation and there are many diner games to play.
