I'll look into it. the weblinks are consitered updated when an adress or byte chane in the document occurs it was set at a very low bytechange so i set it higher does the <-- m --> on the page ever change? or is it just a comment to yourself.
... I have no idea why that is there. you made me look at the page source of my own page, how embarassing. in short, no, it never changes. I guess it is a note to some self that i've forgotten about.

note to self remember to add <--m-->'s to pages to gain archane knoledge and then surround <--m--> in fnord tags so i will forget the universe changing meaning.
